The tables were set and delicious meals prepared for this year’s Quirindi High School Support Unit- CWA Luncheon. Visitors from Quirindi CWA, Challenge and Eloura attended QHS the annual CWA Luncheon.
“Students were excited, they have been learning about this year’s country -Papua New Guinea – and some of the preparation has involved learning skills about table setting and food preparation,” said Acting Head Teacher Support, Mrs Radoll.
Students enjoyed hosting some 20 representatives at the luncheon, where they shared their new found knowledge on one of the most culturally diverse countries in the world – Papua New Guinea – which is also one of the most rural, with only 18 per cent of its people living in urban centres.
